Arriving early was frustrating as the front door was locked, and I had to figure out the back entrance without guidance. Even after I checked in, the living room was a mess. The breakfast options were disappointing, consisting only of dry cereal and yogurt, and there wasn't enough milk for coffee when I arrived.

The lobby had a cozy vibe, great. The sink in the room wouldn't drain, frustrating. Plenty of space to sit and unwind after a day. The breakfast could use more variety. We missed it entirely because the hours weren't clear.
